个人简介
李姜博士,现任深圳理工大学细胞与基因技术研究院科研助理教授。2024年获香港城市大学生物医学系博士学位,博士期间赴美国City of Hope希望之城国家医疗中心访学。研究方向主要以人工智能与多组学大数据为核心技术框架,围绕癌症精准分型、非编码RNA调控机制及临床转化开展系统性研究,致力于开发面向肿瘤诊断与预后的生物信息学工具与跨癌种数据库。目前以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)身份在 Nucleic Acids Research(2020, 2026)、iScience(2025)、Clinical & Experimental Allergy(2026)、International Immunopharmacology(2025)、Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal(2022, 2024)、STAR Protocols(2025)等期刊发表SCI以及会议论文11篇,并且担任MedComm等杂志审稿人。
